Nothing about you. Consulta RUC & SUNAT Perú is an independent taxpayer helper app built to be private by design. It has no accounts, never asks for your SUNAT Clave SOL credentials, and does not ask for your name, email, phone, or any personal identifier. We do not run servers that receive your data, and we do not use any third-party SDKs for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SUNAT. It works exclusively with public, open data.
The following is stored only on your device (in iOS UserDefaults and the app's local storage) and is never transmitted to us:
Deadline notifications are scheduled locally on your device from an embedded official calendar — no push servers are involved. If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device. If you enable iCloud device backup, Apple may include this data in your encrypted backup under Apple's own privacy terms — it is never sent to us.
The app connects to external services only to fulfil the actions you take, and always directly from your device:
sunat.gob.pe.Those services receive standard request information (such as your IP address) and handle it under their own privacy policies. We do not proxy, log, or receive any of it.
If you use the scanner to read a RUC or DNI number from a document, all image processing happens on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Camera frames are never stored, uploaded, or shared. Camera access is used only while you are scanning, and iOS asks for your permission first.
If you use the app's Siri shortcuts, your requests are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy terms. The app itself only performs the same direct lookups described above.
The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions (including an optional free trial) through the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment information — Apple handles all billing. We only receive a confirmation from Apple that you are entitled to the paid features. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Because the app does not collect or store personal data on our side, there is no personal profile for us to access, export, or delete. If you have any question about your data, contact kamil@kumu-studio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will update the Effective date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will also be reflected in a new app release.
