Short version: Jass has no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Single-player against the bots works fully offline. Online play is handled entirely by Apple's Game Center — we run no servers and collect none of your data.
Nothing about you. Jass is a Swiss card game built to be private by design. It has no login and no account, and we do not run any servers that receive your data. We do not use any third-party SDKs for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
The following is stored only on your device (in iOS UserDefaults) and is never transmitted to us:
If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device. It is under your control at all times and is never sent to us or anyone else.
Online multiplayer is provided by Apple's Game Center. When you choose to play online:
If you never use online play, Jass makes no network connections at all.
Jass offers a one-time Jass Pro unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase) through the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment information — Apple handles all billing. We only receive a confirmation from Apple that you are entitled to the paid features. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Jass does not collect:
Because Jass collects no personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or export on your behalf. Any data the app stores lives only on your device and can be removed by deleting the app. Your Game Center data is managed by Apple and can be controlled in your device's Game Center and Apple ID settings. If you have any questions, contact us at kamil@kumu-studio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Jass is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will update the Effective date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will also be reflected in a new app release.
