Short version: This app works entirely on your device and offline. It has no servers, no network requests, no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect any of your data.
Nothing. Chess Clock: Board Timer does not collect, transmit, or receive any personal data. It has no login, no account, and makes no network connections during normal use.
The following is stored only on your device (in iOS UserDefaults) and is never transmitted anywhere:
The player names are free text that you enter yourself. They are labels for your own game log — they stay on your device, are never linked to any identity, and are never sent to us or anyone else. If you delete the app, all of this data is removed from your device.
The app does not collect:
We do not use any third-party SDKs for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
The app offers a one-time Pro unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase) through the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment information — Apple handles all billing. We only receive a confirmation from Apple that you are entitled to the paid features. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or export on your behalf. Any data the app stores lives only on your device and can be removed by deleting the app. If you have any questions, contact us at kamil@kumu-studio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The app is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will update the Effective date above and post the new version at this URL.
